Five non-negotiable daily tasks. 75 days. Miss one and you start over. This is the free companion app — and the community — for people doing 75 HARD.
Built by someone doing the program
The tasks are simple. Doing all of them, every single day, for 75 days straight, is not.
Every day. One of them must be outdoors — rain, heat, or snow.
Plain water. 128 ounces, every day.
Non-fiction, a physical book. Audiobooks don’t count.
Your choice of diet. Zero alcohol. Zero cheat meals.
Every day. Proof you showed up.
Miss any task and the program restarts at Day 1. No grace period. No exceptions. That’s the point.
Checkboxes that close honestly at midnight. Water by the ounce. A reading log. Private progress photos — expiring links, never public. A planner that finds your best outdoor-workout window from the weather. Installs on your phone as a web app.

Tracking is just the start. The community side gets built in the open, with the people doing the program.
Begin with a wave of people on the same Day 1. Nobody quits alone at 11pm.
Pair up. See each other’s checkboxes. Keep each other honest.
Finishers and restarters alike. Day 1 (again) stories are the most useful ones here.
Want in? This is an open invite — feature ideas, testing, design opinions, code, or just telling us what sucks. Sign up and say hello, or find the launch thread on r/75HARD.
Free. No ads. No email list. Nothing for sale.
